WebbMason Wins Vendor Award — 08/11/10
Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in southwestern Pennsylvania named WebbMason, HuntValley, Md., its 2010 Best Vendor, citing the distributor’s customer service and emphasis on improving business processes. The award is given annually to the vendor whose partnership makes the most significant impact on the resort’s operations and bottom line. Marketing materials at Nemacolin have a short shelf life. Many campaigns are driven by seasonal activities, and materials are obsolete once a season has passed. So it’s critical to Nemacolin’s marketing department to control inventory, reduce costs and order customized items on demand. By using WebbMason’s MarketBench technology, resort staff can order, monitor and deliver what they need, when they need it, from an online site built and branded specifically for Nemacolin. The system also drives production, fulfillment, inventory management and logistics. Today, WebbMason hosts more than 800 live ordering sites with more than a million registered MarketBench users.
